Toilet stopped up and computer connection very slow and dropped off several times. I was told by desk staff no manager until tomorrow 12/19/13. As I was waiting for my ride I noticed a manager, he was nice and helpful and offered breakfast or coffee. He listened to my concerns and was concerned.
