Greeted warmly and asked if I had any special request. Stated any room with two queen size beds and was quiet was OK. Assigned me a room next to laundry room and across hall from exercise room. Checked into the room and heard all the noise. Went back to front desk and requested to be moved. They explained the laundry people would leave at 5pm and would not return until 9am next day. I insisted I wanted a room change. Seemed they were stalling. I stood there a few minutes while he was on the computer. I told him to let me know when he had my room change figured out and I left. A few minutes later he came to my room with a different room assignment. Problem solved. Room was excellent and I slept very very well. Breakfast next morning was outstanding. Other people at desk were helpful and outstanding.

Our well appointed guest rooms and suites all feature the signature Hampton "Cloud Nine Bed", as well as flat screen TV's, hairdryers, coffeemakers, and upgraded granite finishes. We also provide complimentary wireless internet access, free local calls, and free HBO. Take a dip in our 24 hour heated pool, or surf the web in our state-of-the-art business center, because whether you're traveling on business or leisure, we've got you covered. Our modern and contemporary hotel is the newest Hampton Inn & Suites in the South Las Vegas / Henderson area. We also serve a free hot breakfast every day, and you can join us every Wednesday evening for complimentary beer, wine, and a light dinner recpetion. For your meeting / banquet needs, the hotel has three (3) distinct spaces to suit you. The Siena Boardroom is the perfect size for a small gathering of 15 people or less, The Rose Room holds up to 40 guests, and features 2 large floor to ceiling windows allowing for natural lighting, and our most elegant space, The 7 Hills Conference Center, offers 1500 square feet of space and includes a 96 inch drop down screen, LCD Projector, 2 flat screen HD monitors, sound system, WIFI, wireless microphone and movable podium.
