Nice place clean rooms, nice staff, would stay there again and would highly recommend it. The breakfast bar is one of the best I have ever seen and excellent pricing since it was included in the room package I reserved. It is a little way from downtown so if you are going to be in downtown alot I would find something closer. The pool is nice, but the jaccuzi was out while I was there. « less

I was recently in Houston on business and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (Westbelt). I found this hotel to be fantastic with excellent staff. The rooms were modern, clean, large and very confortable. The hotel ran a free shuttle bus to our office (must be less than 5 miles from the hotel) and collected us each evening. We ate in the resturant on a few evening and found the quality of food to be excellent. Behind the hotel there is a small "China Town" comprising mostly of Chinees resturants. We ate here one evening and again the food was very good and very good value for money.
I must compliment the staff at the hotel. We were always met with a smile and a warm welcome. the staff are very friendly and polite and were always very attentive.
I would have no hesitation in staying at the hilton Garden again and recommending to others. « less

I really liked this hotel. I had never heard of a garden inn before, but it turned out to be very nice. Very clean and felt like new too. And just minutes walking to a large strip mall with tasty and cheap Chinese restaurants/cafes, as well as many cheap foot massages and KTV for your late nite entertainment. There's also several shaved ice stores there, hot pot, dim sum, Malaysian food, a grocery store (with Taiwanese deli), and hair salons. You can walk across the street for even more selections of food. Before arriving, I was a bit worried of my car given that this is Chinatown, but the security at the hotel was just fine and there were no problems whatsoever. Felt very safe. I'd definitely come back again. « less
