This is a convention center hotel and is geared for the business travelor. Service, facilities, are very good and proximity to area amenities is also very good but be prepares to walk a bit. It is three trolley stops to Little Italy area which has developed into a wonderful section with many restaurants, shops that are quaint. Equals Gaslight area in many respects, less touristic. « less

Parking is extremely expensive. Met a business client there for an afternoon meeting and she got tagged $30 for parking!
The property is well situated near near downtown. Enjoyed being able to access everything I needed.
Came for a nice weekend never stayed here before. Hotel was actually really nice and in an amazing view. Matt at the front desk was super helpful he even made...

Stayed for 2 nights while traveling for business this week. I really couldn't find anything to complain about so I have to give it a 5 out of five. From the friendly check in to the bell staff, everything was enjoyable. The room was clean with a nice view of the Coronado Bridge. Great location to take a walk or a jog along the bay. Also just minutes by foot to the Gaslamp. I hope to stay here again. I guess I could find something to complain about so I'll say the self parking at $28 is a ripoff but there is no alternative in the area so they gotcha. All in all a great stay. « less

Very large hotel , plenty of parking, very clean and considering its size very quite. Right on waterfront with views of bay/coronado island & bridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. House keeping was on point. As mentioned in other reviews very close to Gas Lamp area , restrauants and trolley system which will take you almost anywhere in the city for a $5 daliy pass. Nearby water taxi to Coronado Island. Would not hesistae to stay here again. « less
