I had to pick up my mother in law from Ohare airport, so stayed here with my wife for 1 night. We got a great Priceline bid on this one and is located very close to the airport. The hotel building looks pretty new and overall ambiance is just awesome. They had a very cool bar and had a pool table as well. The room was little smaller in size, but its condition was very immaculate. We just loved our room. Overall we had a great stay. PS - The only pain we had at the hotel was the parking. 20$ for overnight parking is just too much. « less

We had a dinner to attend in the area and decided to spend the night in Rosemont. Aloft was a great property and I would stay here again. The entire hotel was super clean (lobby, room, bar area, elevator, etc.) and very comfortable. Our service at the front desk for check-in and check-out was pleasant. We did have drinks at the bar and our bartender was fantastic. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to a discrepancy on our final bill with the bar tab. The manager rectified the situation quickly, but had I not noticed the error we would have been overcharged. « less

I stayed at the aloft last week and really enjoyed my stay! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Shuttle service from ORD was on time and saved me a cab fare. Right across the street is a plaza with tons of restaurants and a park. The front desk staff also told me they are building a huge outlet mall across the street as well. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Chicago! « less

The housekeeper allowed a stranger in my room while she was cleaning it. He stole a laptop computer and the maids cellphone which she left plugged into the wall.
The thief was black with dreadlocks and I am white with short straight hair ,hard to make the case that she could have confused us !
She required no ID or even a room key before she allowed the thief full access to my room! I know from experience that is in violation of hotel policy. « less

If you are traveling on business and want to stay near the airport then this place is for you. There is a shuttle from to and from the airport every half hour. This hotel is Starwood Hotel group's traveler version of their "W" line. The hotel stays with the hip modern decor through out. Cool lobby with a bar lounge for after meeting drinks. Although I did not use the workout room or indoor pool, I wanted to mention they are amenities available to hotel guests. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed. The room was small with modern decor.
Service: very accomadating to business travelers. Location: next to airport and new restaurants and bars. Price: average compared to nearby hotels Overall: I would stay again. « less
