Checked into room, temp was 63 deg. Tried to warm it but heat would not come on. Alarm clock did not work. When I plugged in replacement clock, phone started making static without lifting receiver. After changing rooms, things were o.k. Andrea was very helpful but being a one-person staff, I first had to find her to resolve a problem. « less
