We stayed here for two nights. Although the weather wasn't nice enough for the fire pit, it certainly seemed like an excellent touch. Can't say enough about the staff; especially Derricke at the front desk. Everyone was so nice and interested in making sure we had a nice stay. We took advantage of the Stay for Breakfast rate so breakfast for 2 was included for each of our two mornings. We didn't try anything from the Bistro, but the breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was fresh and clean. We have never been disappointed in a Courtyard stay, but I must say this was by far the most pleasant experience to date. Loved it! « less

I really cannot say enough about this particular Courtyard. It is an excellent escape in the Rock Hill area. Do not miss the fire pit (just discovered this last stay) and the nice pool and hot tub. What truly sets this site apart is the staff. Everyone has been accommodating, welcoming and truly interested in making the stay more than just a night at a hotel. Do yourself a favor and try this location. We would not go back so often were it not a haven. « less

We stayed here one night on a road trip stopover. It was a pleasant surprise to find a fresh, stylish, well,thought out hotel with personality at a great price. We were disappointed that we were unable to stay again on our return trip as the hotel was sold out.
The staff were very friendly, and went out of their way to help celebrate my child's birthday. The bistro/bar concept was great, and the breakfast offerings looked much nicer than the usual hotel (we left before the bistro was actually serving breakfast. I appreciated being able to purchase drinks and snacks directly from the front desk instead of vending machines.
Rooms, tte public areas and the pool area were very clean. « less

Very nice, clean hotel, friendly staff and nice amenities (wish they offered complimentary breakfast though). Location is great, tucked behind an Outback Steakhouse restaurant, so it was quiet but still close to the main road and exit 82C on I-77. Our room overlooked the interstate and we still did not notice any noise from the highway. The only issue I had during this stay, was there were a large number of children/youths staying the weekend we were there, and the 2nd night, many of them were being very noisy. I called the front desk and most of the noise did stop. Even with this incident, this hotel is still our first choice in the Rock Hill area. « less

We selected this hotel because it was closer to Winthrop University where my grand-daughter plans on attending college in the fall. We also selected the hotel because they had a pool and a hot-tub. However, when we arrived excited about the fact that they hotel had a pool, we were informed that the pool and was under renovations and could not be used. The manager on duty noticed our disappointment and offered to comp our breakfast during our stay since there was not free breakfast at the hotel. We really appreciate everything that the manager did for us as it made up for not having the opportunity to use the pool and the hot-tub. Great customer service and great rooms to boot. « less
