I've stayed here before and enjoyed it! Great location, close to restaurants, mall and stores. The hotel is clean, smells great, and has very friendly staff. The beds are a little hard but for a one night stay I can tolerate it. Only problem I ran into was my shower head was loud but other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here when I'm back in town. « less

Enjoyed a five day stay in Florence. Very convenient location to family, shopping, restaurants. Staff was very pleasant to work with - from the front office to the daily cleaning personnel. Quiet location, yet near main roads in north Florence - easy access. Room needs minor upgrades but this was a very good accommodation for the money. Will stay there on future visits. « less

We stayed at this hotel in early December of 2012 and enjoyed our visit. It appears, however, that the condition of the hotel has deteriorated since that time. The doors were very hard to open and close from the outside, the sink was badly cracked and looked bad. The worst part of the stay was when I closed the bathroom door from the outside I could not reopen it. I went to the lobby to inquire about this. The clerk told me she had heard a complaint about this already and should have told maintenance but had not. She gave me a straightened out paper clip to try to open the door myself. I found this unsatisfactory. We were finally able to open the door after several minutes of trying (the paper clip did not work, had to use a credit card). So, we could not close the bathroom door during out stay out of fear we could not open it again! « less
