Book through priceline they din't have the reservation that was already confirmed and the lazy guy didn't want to pick a phone to try to resolve the situation. I was in Orlando for a conference and could not afford the large hotel across the street. I was worried when I read the reviews of people complaining, but honestly it was more than adequate for our needs. We were in a suite, it was clean and quiet. The hotel staff were great and did everything to make our stay a good one. The breakfast is a bit skimpy, but with a fridge in the room one can more than makeup for the lack of something to eat. when I stay in a hotel, I'm NOT living in it, I only want someplace quiet and comfy to sleep. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Overall I would definitely stay there again!! « less

If you are not able to get up and down stairs this is not the place to go because it does not have an elevator. I hurt my knee and requested a first floor room, by the time I checked in all they had were Suites they had given my room away so they charged me extra. This was not cool with me since I specifically asked for first floor due to my injury and their site says if you have an injury or defect and cannot get up the stairs they will upgrade you for free, but they charged me. If you want service daily you will have to ask for it, not only do you pay a resort fee everyday for this but they will skip your room and then tell the front desk that you refused service. I found this out after the first two days but they wouldn't refund me the money even though their staff lied about me not wanting service. Bring your own computer to use because they only have two for use that are only 15 minute use and they are very slow to the point they wouldn't print my ticket to leave. The staff is very friendly but if you do not speak spanish you are out of luck because none of the ones I encountered spoke English. The continental breakfast is toast, coffee, and a juice so I was not pleased with this but they do have one you can get and pay for it. The pictures on the site and the actual hotel property are two different places. The one online must be one of their best properties because this one is very old, musty, and dirty looking compared to the one I saw online when I booked my trip. I have stayed with this chain before in other states and had no problems, and when I complained the problems just got worse. They did not try to help and the language barrier is a problem, if you work somewhere you need to be able to communicate with your guest if not you should not work there. « less
