The worst mattresses that I have ever slept on in 35 years of travel. They were the cheapest money could buy. The hotel smelled like cigarette throughout. The lobby was dimly lite and smelled. I felt like I was in a back street big city sleazy hotel.
This was my first experience with Super 8 and now I do not ever have to stay there again. I am embarressed for Wyndham which I do like. « less

The whole experience was pretty good. The front desk was VERY friendly, especially James. The cleaning staff were always polite and timely. We didn't have a coffee pot in our room but when we asked for one, it was immediately gotten for us.The mattresses were terrible as they sagged toward the middle and were very lumpy, so sleep was mostly uncomfortable. The breakfast (continental) was nicely done as they had the best bagels we have experienced. The bagels were full, plump and fresh! The coffee was good too. « less
