We stayed at this hotel for one night on business. The hotel is dated and rough around the edges. The furniture in the room was old and chipped and the whole room needed redecorating. There was no fridge or microwave and breakfast was not included in the price of the room. I have to say the bed was very comfortable and we didnt hear much noise. The major disappointment in this hotel was the service we received at reception when we arrived. The ladies on the desk certainly have never been to charm school! The lady who dealt with us was surly and rude, not a great first impression. We were thankful that we were not staying any longer than one night. « less

This hotel was conveniently located and staffed by totally friendly and professional people. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and easily accessible. They have a nice pool and exercise/recreation area and are located near numerous restaurants and shopping venues. They are also right off I-71 and located near the airport - and offer shuttle service to the same. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant so I cant offer an opinion on that part of the hotel. You can't go wrong with this hotel. « less

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I found my accommodations, staff and food to be excellent. It is also right off the toll road and South of it about two miles. I would recommend this to business travelers mostly. It might be a bit pricey for families looking for an included breakfast (this breakfast is seperate). STan Barnes « less

This Hotel is Flawless. This is how Holiday Inns were run in their glory tears. Super Clean Rooms. High Sleep comfort. A lot of free channels on the TV. Great image quality on the TV. Food 7 Drinks are really good as are the prices. Not typical burnt Hotel Food Front desk service was top notch. This Hotel has brillant management. The Hotel should be using as training grounds and model for all other Holiday Inns In particular the Crown Plaza should learn guest relations and management here. « less
