No complaints whatsoever but if I were to offer suggestions, more fresh fruit at breakfast would be appreciated and thicker towels would be nice. « less

My wife & I stayed in the Napa Springhill for two nights in May 2013 for a little getaway from the kids in wine country. We were overall extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel itself looks rather new and our rooms were large, comfortable, quiet and well laid out. The bed and pillows were a little softer than what i'm used to but everyone has different tastes in that department. The hotel staff were kind and courteous when we did interact with them.
The free hot breakfast was good overall. It included, assorted milks (including soy), coffee, juices, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, donuts, biscuits, and make your own belgium waffles. The bar was decent, we did use it the first night to get a bottle of rather inexpensive Red Zinfandel.
The gym was VERY small. They had a couple treadmills, some free weights and one or two bikes / elliptical machines.
There are only two complaints I'd like to log and they're obviously having no impact on our trip as I'm providing a 5 star review here. But be sure to understand that this is NOT in downtown Napa. This hotel is a couple miles south, near the airport. If you're expecting to be able to walk into downtown, it's not going to happen. Additionally, the front desk made a winery recommendation that was WAY off the mark and I was saddened to hear it. They may not have the best ideas of where to go for good wine. « less

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in April. The staff at the front desk were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was really nice - included hot food like bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and you can make your own waffles. The wifi signal was good. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Lots of parking. We also asked for a crib when I reserved the room a couple of months earlier, and the crib was in the room already when we arrived - I point this out because I've had difficulty with this at other hotels. I noticed some of the other reviews mentioned that there wasn't alot of stuff right around the hotel, and that's true, but unless you're planning on walking everywhere, you shouldn't have any problems with that. « less

My husband and I ended up here after a bad experience at a hotel where we had planned on staying 2 nights; I wish we had started here!! The location is a bit removed from any action so if you're looking for someplace with options of restaurants or shopping nearby, this isn't it. But that's what made it even more enjoyable for us! It is located in a quiet area which we found very peaceful. It's a short drive to downtown Napa and Sonoma; close to the wineries and the scenic beauty of the area. The hotel itself is very clean, warm and welcoming. Entering our room felt more like entering a home. The pool/courtyard area is beautifully landscaped. Overall, a great choice and experience for us! « less

Room was clean and spacious for a small family. Vanity area was spacious so you can put luggage under sink if you need more room. Bathroom was spacious too. It has a door that separates vanity area and bathroom and shower needs.
Daily breakfast was a great plus . It had hot breakfast items like scrambled eggs, sausage IR bacon, potatoes and even make your own waffles. Other items were milk, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate envelopes, cereal, fresh whole fruits, pastries, breads, yogurts, hot oatmeal, and breakfast Items like jams, jelly, butter, brown sugar, etc.
We would like to give 5 stars if only Housekeeping didn't pass our room in the morning, so we had to call for fresh towels, and bed linens. Housekeeping just came in and laid items on lamp stand and didn't ask if they could change linens. Breakfast items can also be rotated with different hot items. It was very similar each morning.
It still a clean property, friendly staff, good breakfast, lots of parking. Great place to rest after a day of wine tasting, wine buying and napa shopping. « less
