The bed is the most comfortable I have ever felt. Instantly fall asleep within minutes. Price to stay was great compared to the prices at M.S. I had a high floor and heard nothing from the rooms except the sound of a door closing. The shuttle is great as saves you time from parking at the casino. Non-shuttle time, taxi service is available at a flat rate and very reasonable. The HD TV is large and can rotated and seen from the desk and sofa and bed.
On the last night of my stay, I ordered a sandwich that ended up being 25 minutes vs. 10 minutes. The manager asked about my wait and offered a free drink. That was the only blemish of a great stay.
Will come back when I visit this area again. « less

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for one night, as we went to a concert at Mohegan Sun and didn't want to spend a gazillion dollars on a room at the casino.
I have to start out by saying that the bed had to have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Goldie Locks would have considered it "just right!!"
The room was large enough for us to move around nicely and we were able to store a few beverages in the fridge. There was no safe in the room unfortunately, as we wanted to lock a few things away while we went to the concert.
The front staff were all kind, welcoming and professional and the free continental breakfast hit the spot - a good amount of food before heading back home.
I recommend Hyatt at Mohegan to anyone, especially those who need a room for the night when going to the Casino. There's a free shuttle to the casino, or, it's just a quick, convenient ride by your own car.
The hotel was clean and had new fixtures, amenities.

The rooms are spacious with a divided living room and bedroom area. The living room has a couch, desk, fridge, and wet bar. The TV is mounted to the wall and is shared between the two rooms, which doesn't work out well if you are working at the desk and want to watch TV, since the TV cannot turn enough to face the desk. The bathroom sink is located out in the open in the bedroom area. The shower is nice with good water pressure, but it is very poorly lit. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner blows continuous cold air, but the room never seems to cool down much. The high speed internet has horrible speeds. At times I was better off using my phone for an internet connection. There isn't much around this hotel, but it also isn't too far from the Mohegan Sun casino. « less
