Stayed here in April for a 4 day conference as it was close to the conference site and a Hilton property. Overall, nice property - nothing special as far as location (environment is just a loop off the main drag, and consists of a number of mid-market hotels). View from nearly all rooms consists of the hotel next door parking lot. That said, property was well maintained, staff were all pleasant, and even at full capacity, we were able to find parking. Parking requires a pass issued at the front desk to be placed on your dashboard. No biggie - just a heads-up that they might experience some parking bleed from hotels on the other side that requires them to monitor parking spaces.
Room was spotless, quiet and the beds were very comfortable, bath was nice - plenty of towels. Water pressure was adequate, but just barely. Breakfast was great w/lots of choices. I was slightly concerned about crowding at breakfast time due to the high occupancy rate during our stay, but finding a table was never a problem.
I used the workout room all three mornings, and never had a problem getting on a machine. It is a tiny "gym" consisting of one treadmill, one elliptical and one stationary bike. It met my needs, was clean and provided a place for a quick run.
I brought trunks, but our schedule never allowed for a swim, so I can't tell you anything about the pool area. I did ask for a late checkout (just an extra 2 hours) and it was provided happily at the front desk.
For a conference stay, this was perfect. I suppose that I would have preferred a hotel that was a bit more of a destination in itself had I been traveling for leisure/vacation. Nothing wrong, but nothing in the aesthetics or amenities to make me pleased to return to my hotel. « less

Loved this hotel. My family stayed here for 2 nights for a little get away from home (TAMPA). We have stayed in many Orlando hotels but this was the first time at this hotel. It was a great pick! It was minutes from Universal! The room was great. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were small but very soft. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff kept up with the hotel well. There was a coffee spill in the elevator and when we went back down the elevator it was already cleaned up (only 5 minutes in between). The breakfast in the lobby was pretty good too. Considered it was included it was great! Waffles and some other hot items while the rest were bagels, etc.
Tip: I used my On Star to get there and as a person of habit I would go out the same way I came to the hotel however after the 2nd day I realized that instead of going right out of the hotel, going over the bridge and making a U turn I could take a left and it takes you to a light. Much easier!!! « less
