We traveled to Falls Church, Virginia to attend a wedding on May 18, 2013. I reserved a room for 2-nights, three months in advance. By doing this we got a package deal that was the best I've ever seen in any of the hotels in which we've stayed, nationwide. Our package included a fabulous breakfast or lunch entree had we chosen to dine after 12 noon up to 3 p.m. Starbucks Coffee was the brand used in the dining area. The value of this meal was $18.50 per person but was included in the package @ $99/night. The hotel had a restaurant, food was very good but a bit pricey. Our 3d floor, corner room was large, quiet and well appointed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on with down pillows and coverlet; individual central air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The shower was a dual-head. The room was spotless and if I ever venture back to that area, The Westin will be my first choice. Its easy to get to near I-495 and Leesburg Pike with plenty of parking; and an overall exceptional experience. « less

Went to FFX for a business trip.
Just couple of points: - rooms are small compared to an average American hotel. - the halls look old.
The whole hotel needs a refreshment. In the other side: - Employees were extremely nice - Locationwise is pretty convenient
Side comment: "how many points I need to get a free night in the hotel?" was my question. You need 10.000 points to stay here. 3 points per 1USD spent. Not the best program to pick. « less

Stayed here with my parents who had come up to experience the DC area attractions. Excellent service from the moment we walked into the lobby. We were greeted by Mehmet Bahtiyar at the front desk, and he was helpful, gracious, and efficient every day of our stay. He paid special attention to my parents, both senior citizens, and every detail of our stay was tended to. The hotel is convenient to the West Falls Church DC Metro parking area so we did not have to drive in the traffic. For the quality of the staff- 5++ stars. For the comfort of the beds- 5 stars. Cleanliness- 5 stars. The only way to make it any better would be to include parking and breakfast with the price of the stay (but we were comped a breakfast after a small incident, which was outside of the hotel's control as a courtesy, and the food is terrific). I will be back, and will not stay elsewhere when I return to DC. « less

I am looking for another excuse to travel to the DC area, just to stay at the Westin Tyson's Corner. The level of service is so refreshing. The rooms were a great size and well laid out. The beds are incredibly comfortable and everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. I brought my grand daughter, daughter and grand mother. We have adjoining rooms that were a perfect solutions to five generations of among the 4 women to co-habitate without stumbling over one another. It was perfect. The service was outstanding. I called the front desk for assistance with the room's refrigerator and before I hung up the phone, there was a knock at the door with a new one. Impressive. The gentleman replaced our fridge quickly and he was so polite. The front desk team of Ifra and Arch were outstanding. Constantly making sure we had everything we needed. The attention we received made us feel like we not just mere customers but family. I can't wait to return. My grandmother has traveled the world and at 90 years old, when she says "This was the most comfortable bed I've EVER slept in", that ought to tell you something. Thank you for the outstanding service, deluxe accomodations and warm reception. It was a wonderful way to honor the amazing woman that is my grandmother. « less
