My wife, my cousin and his wife and I stayed there in mid April. The staff were extremely courteous upon check-in and took care of parking my car in a garage accross the street, which was surprisingly low $$ for New York. The rooms were very comfortable and always clean. The beds were very comfortable in the roms we had on the higher floors. The location was perfect for us - right near Time Square. When we needed a Taxi, the wait was very short. The hotel is located on W 44th street with an exit also to W 45th street which is good for attending Broadway Shows and great Restaurants. We really enjoyed the delicious food and friendly staff at the Bistro/Bar on the first floor. It was simply a pleasure to be at this hotel. We spent 4 nights there and on our next trip to NYC - Time Square, we will stay there again. It was worth the cost considering what to be right at the Time Square. « less

Really good choice for us as first time Visit to NY. Excellent location close to Times Square and theatres. All hotel staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. Late flight but we were able to leave luggage even after checking out. Would certainly recommend to friends and would book again next time we visit. Thank you to all. « less

I recently stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May 2013 and was welcomed by a lovely man at the front desk, but to be honest the trip went a bit downhill from there. On our first night we decided to order room service and waited almost an hour for some wings and a side of fries and were served by a miserable man. I noticed on the second day that £250 had been taken from my bank card which was never mentioned but when I told the front desk they said that it was incase of any charges to the room, drinks etc but £250 is a lot of money to take without asking. Upon checkout a bill of £150 was put under our door for drinks we hadn't drank and food we had not eaten. When I disputed this they were happy to amend the bill but my goodness what a mistake to make! We were advised to take their recommended shuttle service back to Newark airport which was 20 minutes late. And now, 2 weeks later £50 has been deducted from my card for god knows what which I have not received a reply to my email yet. Such a shame as some of the staff were extremely helpful. Was very disappointed. « less

Stayed here recently while in New York. This hotel has a wonderful location right off of Times Square! You are also only steps away from most Broadway theaters. We were actually planning on staying at another hotel but found this fairly last minute with a great rate. We even got upgraded when we checked in. The staff was very courteous and polite as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to NYC. « less

Excellent location, but you're going to pay for it. Did 4 days in the city; 3 we stayed in Newark due to budget reasons, but splurged to spend a night in Times Square. Paid $400+ for one night at the Millennium (almost as much as the 3 nights in Newark). The room was fair, but nothing special. It was clean, but the fixtures in the bathroom were what you'd find in your local Motel 6. The beds were unbelievably hard...like concrete in fact....not really what you'd expect for $400/night. No extras- breakfast, in-room coffee, etc. The staff were all very nice and polite. The convenience to Times Square was not worth the cost. If I could do it over, I'd save $300 and stay the one night we stayed at the Millennium over in Newark as with the rest of our other days. « less
