Close to Tampa & TPA but out of the city & close to the good beaches. Rooms were great & so was the staff. Hotel is quiet and I loved the balcony that overlooked the pool. The first room was on the outside and they had perm locks on the outside rooms for safety, but they upgraded my room for no charge. Heated pool was nice because it had not warmed up completely, but hot tub was not in use because they were remodeling it into a larger work out center. Just wish they had more washers and dryers. They only had 1 of both and the washer kept taking my $. « less

Hot tub/ Jacuzzi was working efficiently and kept very clean (especially during Christmas time) !! Lots of restaurants near by and closer to Airport and local attactions (Clear water beach, St. Pete beach)...Will stay there when we go back to South Florida !! « less

My boyfriend and I were in town for business and this was the best price we could find as for this time of year the Clearwater beach area gets a little pricy. Next time well just pay the extra few bucks and stay down there. The hotel was very clean but some of the staff gave off the feeling of making you feel un welcomed. The girl who checked us in had an attitude. We asked for a blanket latter that night and told them to leave it by the door or on the bed because we were going out and it was never brought. The ice machines were down but no one bothered to put a note on it to inform guests. As the rooms very clean but there is no microwave or even a DVD player. When it came to check out the girl seemed annoyed that she had to get up and help us. She never asked how our stay was or even told us to have a good day. Very un welcoming feeling and we won't be back. Like I said you get what you pay for. « less
