My son (11 yrs old) and I spent the weekend (4/26-4/28) at Dolce Basking Ridge and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The hotel staff was uniformly courteous, helpful and cheerful. The room was perfectly clean; it was so quiet we both slept like two logs. The pool and hot tub were terrific and we spent a good deal of time in both. We ate dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant and had a great meal. Reasonably priced too. Ernie (staff) took us to the Raptor Sanctuary at the Environmental Center and the hotel van picked us up too. That was an unexpected pleasure. The amenities (like complimentary tea/coffee and fruit) were lovely. We were supposed to go to Mystic Seaport but we had to cancel due to car problems. My son "googled" "nice hotels in NJ" and Dolce popped up first so we decided to go for it! No regrets whatsoever. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without any hesitation. Bravo Dolce! I hope the staff there (Ernie, Cameron, Michael Rush) will get to read this review. They deserve to be complimented on their exemplary service and customer relations. Karen Merchant « less

Prices is within the average budget, we feel it is a good value for the dollar. Our place to stay when there visiting family in area. « less
