One can always tell when a hotel's management puts a premium on customer service skills and that's exactly what I felt when I visited this property. The well-trained staff was all smiles and very welcoming, which makes a hotel feel like a high end property, even if it's not. The property is either newer or very well maintained with clean and bright rooms. There was a walk in shower in my room, not a tub/shower combo, but I prefer that. The bed and pillows were perfect (I had just come from a Holiday Inn, with their neck tweaking square lumps for pillows, so maybe i was extra appreciative). All in all, a well run place with clean rooms and friendly, professional staff. Recommended without reservation. « less

From the moment I checked until the last goodbyes were offered I received amazing customer service that deserves to be recognized. First of all, Julie at the front desk, was so friendly, helpful and charming. Each day she had small conversation to make that was always very pleasant and entertaining! She is a true asset to your team. The maitenence staff, the housekeeping staff, just everything made this stay so very nice. But the person who deserves a huge thank you is Raz. An intern from Romania who works so very hard and with a smile on his face no matter how many hours he had put in...he said he was working a lot of double shifts which I assumed because he served us breakfast and late night cocktails in the same day! Please recognize these two amazing examples of guest services!! I will highly recommend this property to anyone who is coming to Austin! « less

We stayed here with points. Stayed one night while waiting for our flight to Orlando the next day. The rooms were nice and clean. The girl at the front desk (not sure her name but arrived around 10:30 on 3-11-13) should get some kind of metal. I felt she went out of her way to help my family settle in after a 6 hr drive from Lubbock. The room didn't have a crib for my daughter and girl at the front desk stopped what she was doing and personally delivered it to our room. « less
