The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center New Cumberland is located right near exit off Rt. 83, make a right at the traffic light on Sheraton Rd. You will pass a gas station with McDonalds and Pizza Hut at the bottom of the hill. The lobby has a vending area, ATM and an entrance to The Garlic Poet, their on-site restaurant; which is opened for dinner features fresh food, nothing frozen. Did have an opportunity to eat and the food was excellent, quick service and the staff was very attentive especially when happy hour started. The hotel is older and is expecting full renovations to the guest rooms within the next year. The hotel has a business and fitness centers on-site, comp WIFI, pet friendly (fee), comp breakfast, guest laundry and an indoor pool. The center of the hotel there is an indoor atrium where the pool is located with huge glass windows and exit to a beautiful outdoor courtyard that features a large tent for events. Coming soon the breakfast will be served in their tropical-like atrium area. For anyone with an event, they have over 15,000 sq. feet of flexible event space with 2 ballrooms, breakout rooms and a large heated outdoor tent for all occasions plus on-site catering with a variety to select from. This is a great hotel for the business traveler or for weddings, family reunions or sports teams.

Welcome to the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, a full service hotel conveniently located at the Limekiln Road exit, 40A off interstate 83, making our location extremely accessible to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. We are located 5 minutes from the State Capital in historical downtown Harrisburg; 20 minutes from the Chocolate Capital of the World, Hershey; 35 minutes from Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Dutch Country and 35 minutes from Gettysburg.Enjoy a Moscow Mule and meal and American favorites along with atmosphere at The Garlic Poet Restaurant & Bar located adjacent to the lobby of the hotel. Attractions that are a short drive away from the hotel include Hershey Park, the Amish (Lancaster County), Harley Davidson Plant, and historical Gettysburg.
