Our baseball team travels throughout the summer and we don’t normally have to find hotels on short notice and they set us up so easily and at a great rate. The hotel was nice. We like to stay at Comfort Inns when we can and this one was even better than normal. Our room was directly across the hall from the stair entrance and I was afraid that would be a problem, but it wasn’t. We slept very well. The staff was very accommodating. Laundry facility onsite was handy and breakfast is always good at Comfort Inns. Thank you! « less

Not only are the rooms large, clean and comfortable, they also have the most attentive and friendly staff I have ever encountered at a Choice Hotels property. I have a hard time walking long distances so I requested a room close to the elevator or on the first floor. The desk clerk gave me the very closest room to the front door of the hotel. The chocolate chip cookies that were waiting when I arrived tasted like they were just out of the over. I left early the next morning before breakfast so can't speak to that but everything else about this stay was fantastic. I will stay here on any future visits to OKC. « less

This hotel is definitely better than most others in its price range. My family had a great stay, and we would recommend it to anyone staying in OKC.
We made the reservations a week ahead of time. This qualified us for a discount. We also signed up for the Choice Rewards program that immediately qualified us for an even better discount. We requested a rollaway bed for our 8 year old daughter. They called a couple of days later to say that there were a lot of requests for the two rollaways they had, and they couldn't guarantee we would get one. When my wife protested, they said they would hold one aside for us because we reserved earlier.
When we arrived, the staff was very courteous. We were checked in in a matter of seconds. There were several carts available to carry luggage to our room. I was a little worried when I saw paper signs on most of the rooms on my floor because it signaled that there were a bunch of young soccer playing kids that might be noisy. Either the walls are thicker than most, or the kids were very quiet because I never heard a peep.
The room was very clean. The bed was pretty firm. I loved it, but my wife would have preferred something softer. There were plenty of towels in the room, and more were just a phone call away. The wireless internet works great (I'm using it to write this review). The indoor pool is heated, and my family had a good time in it. My wife turned the AC on full blast when we went to bed, and it got the room downright Arctic.
The breakfast was not just your standard continental. It included many hot items including waffles. The staff constantly kept it stocked and all the surfaces clean. I was impressed. There were also three restaurants to choose from (IHOP, Applebees, and Schlotzsky's) across the parking lot if you want to cover the rest of the day without having to drive. « less

This hotel is one of the top 3% of the Comfort Inns in the country so I knew we would get a great experience but even I was wowed!!! We were greeted by a wonderful employee, Lucy, who honored us as Elite members and gave us an upgrade to a suite which was more room. She also said they had a gift for us which was home baked cookies and some mints. Then she went to get us some milk to have with our sweets. How kind of her!!! I, then heard her offer to make some hot chocolate for someone checking in who was cold. It was about 30 degrees. Lucy was ready to do anything to make people happy. How refreshing that is!! Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I never woke up once in the night. Lucy directed to us to a chain restaurant that I wanted to eat at and offered to find us another if I so desired. In the morning there was the typical hot breakfast and also good looking cinnamon rolls. I had the biscuits, gravy and an apple danish which was large and tasty. I can see why this is an award winner. Outstanding place!!! « less

What a great relief to find this hotel. All the previous reviews were right on. The suite was very large and clean. Every employee here was of great help and very friendly. The breakfast of biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruit, orange juice and coffee served until 10 AM, was excellent.
The night before we had a bad stay in Tulsa, so really needed an upscale hotel to clear our thoughts. This was the place. If we ever pass through Oklahoma City again, I will go out of my way to stay here. « less
