My husband and I came for a relaxing 3 days for our anniversary. The bed was soooo comfortable! You lay down and snap you didn't even realize you fell asleep! They have the pillow top mattress pad. Wonderful! We're going to buy one for home!
What was good also is that there were two TVs so my husband could watch what he wanted to watch and visa versa. Oh and the shower was nice and strong and the water was hot.
Our breakfast was wonderful, biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, and either sausage or bacon! Plus cereal, fruit, pastries, and other goodies.
I really didn't want to leave. Everyone was very nice too! Saw maintenance people on the inside an out. Would most definitely recommend! « less

First I want to praise the staff, all of them are excellent at making this inn what it is! They are like genies, if you need or want something they make it happen IF possible, they do have some restrictions. As for the inn it does need some work on the cosmetics. Landscaping is missing around the pool, grout missing from bathroom floor and the shade has what looks like a water stain on it and it has a tear in it. I'm sure if I told the staff about this it would be fixed. The light fixtures in the breakfast area ($10ea) don't go with the fixtures in the other areas, and dusting needs to be done on the ledge in the lobby because from the 2nd floor the sight isn't pleasant. One more thing lighting in the my room needs improving, to dark. I'm sure all the rooms are the same. Transportation service supplied by the inn is excellent. In closing I would liken to thank the staff again. You all do a great job! « less

My wife and I stayed hear for a weekend getaway. Had a very good time. The room was very comfortable and the Internet work great. It was warm enough to go swimming but the hot hub was way to hot. The breakfast was good and the only problem is that there was to many kids picking over the items and and wasting the food. Over all we will come back in the future. « less

My husband and I were visiting family and grandchildren in the Dallas area. Originally we were booked to stay at an Extended Stay Deluxe near our son. After a couple of nights there we were totally disgusted and changed to this hotel in Irving. Wow, what a difference. The staff here were pleasant, friendly, accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was also clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rate for the king bed suite was fair. When we had to fly out of DFW Airport we had only a five minute drive there from this hotel.
It was a refreshing experience staying at this hotel after a very unpleasant stay at the previous hotel. The management here knows what they are doing. We will very likely stay here in the future when visiting our son and grandchildren. « less

When we arrived after a long trip we were impressed with the quality of the lobby area. However, we were told that they were oversold and, in spite of the fact that we had a prepaid reservation, we were being moved to another hotel. So they handed us paperwork for a transfer to another hotel, which turned out to be quite rundown and unacceptable. We were sent to another property, with the same result. So we asked for and received a refund. In total, we wasted over two precious hours with a relocation that should have never happened. « less
