My stay at your motel was very disappointing. First of all, the handle to 104 needs to be repaired. Secondly, every time I left the room, the key would not unlock the door. I had to go back to the office for the key to be redone. The morning I left, I had to make two trips to the office for the same reason. Then and only then was there another key made to let me into my room, room 104. Thirdly, the remote to the television did not work, I had to manually turn the tv on and off as well change the channels of the tv. Fourth, the hair dryer did not work at all for me. Fifth, I could not access the internet with my laptop. The front desk did not mention anything about the internet to me upon renting the room. The price I paid for the room everything should have worked properly. Thank you for time and efforts and hopefully these problems will be corrected. I traveled solo because of a death in my family. I was in villa Rica, Georgia because of this and to attend services for the deceased. « less

Worst service at any hotel ever. I requested and was billed for a no smoking room. I was put in a room with dirty ashtrays and an absolute stench of stale smoke. I complained and was told that "sometimes we rotate rooms between smoking and no smoking." No apology, no discount, and absolutely no interest in helping me at all. Also, they advertise 49.99. At check out I was billed $89.02 for one night, 2 adults. « less

There was no alarm clock, no mini frig, no microwave and the pillows were VERY flat. The lady working the front desk in the am during the breakfast time was very rude, complaining about the guests drinking too much coffee and we had to ask for the frozen waffles. It was a good price, so I would stay again, but I will take my own pillows! « less

This was easiest one of the top 3 worse hotels I have stayed at in my life and I stay at an average of 20 nights/year in a hotel. One of our rooms had bedbugs as mentioned in another review below (you could see them on the dark wood of the headboard). When we changed rooms, I ended up staying in a room where the security lock was broken off. The carpet is not nice and there was hair in the bed sheets (in both rooms). I talked to the front desk worker (they were nice) and was given a name to contact for guest services. I and hotel.com have tried to contact them numerous times and they won't give a refund without talking to a mang. who is never there. I also paid $66.16 rate but they advertised a walk-up special. I would say heed to the reviews below from my experience most are true contrary to what the manager states in response they will probably write - well at least I will know they exist then. « less

To the guest: As you are aware, you and several of our team members did discuss this issue with you during and after your stay. Your complaint was proven to be false by a through inspection with you of all areas of your room. You were also offered alternate accommodations which you refused and became abusive. You have refused all our offers and requesting a refund of $66 which only Hotels.com can provide as your reservation was made through their company. The have not contacted any of our management team. You are once again encouraged to contact the GM at the phone numbers given to you.

Yes, at times we may not be able to satisfy a guest who chooses to file false complaints in order to obtain a free stay. Fraudulent complaints are a part of doing business and we fully understand that. Our cleanliness scores are above 90 on our most recent health dept review, our repeat clientele continue to increase and our guest satisfaction response levels are high.
