The front desk employees, especially Jasmine, and the shuttle drives are friendly, accommodating, and all around the best hotel service I have ever had! They really roll out the red carpet for you... The breakfast was delicious and plenty to eat and drink, coffee AMAZING! The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to this area for business and pleasure. If there is one downside, they are tucked away from any stores, restaurants, and general public; however the hotel shuttles will take you anywhere within 3 miles..... the mall (lots of restaurants), a shopping plaza close with Target, grocery store etc... « less

Having arrived at Dulles Airport late at night it was only a short way with the rental car to the Hampton Inn & Suites Washington Dulles International Airport. The access was possible without using a Toll Route. The hotel does also offer a shuttle service with their own vans.
Very warm welcome at the front desk, our room request was gladly granted. Got a room (# 140) on the ground floor, quietly right at the end of the corridor, opposite of a exit door which led directly to the parking lot. Huge room with a King bed, pantry kitchen, desk, couch and lots of space. We liked it a lot, especially also the very nice photos of Washington at the walls. Everything fresh and very clean. The room was very quiet.
After a very good rest after the long trip enjoyed the nice Hampton breakfast a lot. Free breakfast as usual with Hampton. Lots of choices both warm and cold. We loved the omelets!! Breakfast room with enough space and a fire place separating the breakfast room to the front desk.
As always fast internet in the hotel free of charge and free parking. A small store sells drinks and snacks, convenient for a late arrival.
Efficient and quick check-out the next morning.
Would definetely return to this hotel and if we´d get such a good rate again we´d even consider it for a Washington visit because of the expensive hotel and parking rates in the city. « less
