We DO have a restaurant which is open from 6 AM to 2 PM each day. We have a meeting room that would possibly handle the 1 hour meeting you need. It is 950 Sq Ft. I would be tight, but I think it would work. We can do a continental breakfast that day for you for a small per person fee. The meeting room would be Comped.
