The process of transferring guests to the cruise ship was chaotic. We signed up for it at the desk as we were told to do. Our first request did not get recorded. Thankfully we checked on it the next day and found out it had not been recorded. We signed up again and were told that we had a certain time slot and that the drivers would come in and ask for us. That's not what happened. Those who waited outside were the ones who grabbed the rides and we were left inside way past our reservation slot. Not happy with the process or the communications with the front desk. Everything else was fine with our stay.
