The hotel and front desk staff in and of itself were great. However, the housekeeping and food staff were terrible. The person on staff for breakfast was actually rushing the guest even though there was an hour left before breakfast hours ended; a 9 o'clock if you did't already have what you wanted to eat and the item was out you didn't get it.. Housekeeping did not make our beds, replace shampoo, conditioner or replenish toilet tissue. It appears that she only replaced towels.
