Overall poor rating. The hotel appears dirty carpets are shabby. Although there are no smoking signs posted there are lingering smells of smoke in the curtain and I had to use a wipe on the door lock before I could touch it it was greasy and unclean. The hotel didn't feel completely safe to me there was no business center no breakfast available. They would be better off closing down refurbishing and then reopening.
