Claire and Alexis made our stay quite enjoyable. Claire took it upon herself (I'm sure) to make me a gift bag of snacks as it was my birthday. That was so very thoughtful and when I needed a toothbrush, she insisted she bring it to me as opposed to me coming to get it and she gave me two of them. She greeted us every time we entered and she was at the desk. She's a real jewel and a genuinely nice and caring person and a huge asset to your organization. We need more like her in the service/hospitality industry.
The Room was clean the staff curteous.
The check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room is comfortable and clean. All in all a great experience. Would do it again.
We had an awesome experience with all of our needs met. Marsha was excellent in customer service. She's a keeper. Give her a raise.
