The customer service was excellent. We went to the Hyatt Place and Phil at front desk was so eager to help us. He ensured we got to the Hyatt House where our reservation was and Sid the shuttle driver is great at his job. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

I had reserved a suite with your stinking company 3 weeks in advance for my spouses birthday at this particular Hyatt for a reason. When we arrived I was told we are sorry but the party who had our suite decided to extend their stay. (You should have sent them to the Westin) So, we got pushed to the Westin which was supposed to be an upgrade. When we arrived at the Westin it was also sold out and overbooked. They offered us a 2 queen bed regular room overlooking a white roof, just a beautiful view I might add, I asked what happened to my suite? I am sorry sir but we don't have any suites available. The girl at the Hyatt should not be working there because she would not give any explanation about how this transpired or anything else. Thanks for a beautiful birthday experience! Did I mention I will never use your services again. I sure am glad the Westin went out of their way to accommodate us or you would be receiving another letter.
