After a guest with a pet checks out, the hotel must clean the carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens and fumigate the suite to remove any fleas or other pests that may inadvertently have invaded the room while your pet resided with us. The actual cost to us for this extra cleaning can reach up to $200.00 per room. Because we do this cleaning after check-out, this charge can vary depending on your length of stay. For this reason, we add a non-refundable cleaning charge of $50.00 to your account when you check-in. In addition, we require a $100.00 refundable deposit.
