First of all they could not locate my reservation; I had a party of four. My reservation was for one room two queen size beds. They "up graded" to one king size bed with a rollaway bed. We went to the room and it was so small the bed could not be rolled out. I went back to the receptionist and was given a room with two queen size beds. ..in what appeared to be a construction area. The sink would not drain and the fridge would not cool. Our food was ruined. I went back the next morning and requested to speak to the manager. He said he had another room, but if we did not like that room we would not like another one he could show us. Later in the afternoon he did show us another room and it was like the one I originally rented. I left the resort with a $304.00 credit. That was on May 12th, 2025.On May 14th I was charged $53.50 and I have no idea for what. Called and left a message for return call today.

Just stayed at the Sirata Beach Resort for a wedding weekend and had a great experience. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. Best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this resort to others looking for a nice beachfront stay.
