"A Group of 23 Persons Stayed for a Week"

Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, clean, and nice. It looked recently renovated. Breakfast had a large variety. We recommend less oil when frying items, as some were oily. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Peter, the Supervisor at the Front Desk. Thank you Peter. You really contributed to making our stay a meaningful one.

"More Than I Expected."

We were upgraded, thanks to Expedia group personal, Angela Snyder, to the Rosen Center Inn. This was a hotel beyond our expectations as we set about planning this tour. The staff were excellent, the rooms were superb and the food was delicious. I hope that I can return soon with another group and can get the same accommodations.

"Unfortunate Error"

Checking in was a nightmare for many in our party and the rooms were not ready after required check in time. Breakfast was included in our rate but had to explain that each time one of our party checked in as extra charges on several of our party's bill came up which later had to be corrected. If you could avoid the front desk confusion, the hotel overall is great!

"Could have been better"

On one of the bed sheets it didn't look like it was changed because there was red stain on it. I called and someone came up to change it that day. The second night when I was leaving the next day, there was another stain on the bed. I was so disgusted by it that I slept in my clothes and was ready to go home. The pool was nice, but that's about it. I would have to think real hard to come back there.
