Property Description
We're a friendly little place right ON the beach in Port Aransas, TX. Instead of a big fancy hi-rise condo complex, ours is easy to get around. No long boardwalk to the beach, we have the unique distinction of having a driveway right out to the beach. We have 5 buildings of 2-4 floors each on 3 acres with 3 pools (1 heated year round) and a connecting hot tub. We also have shuffleboard, corn hole and outdoor BBQ pits located throughout property.
The guest rooms are all either new or recently remodeled. Many have granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We have 1, 2, 3 and 4 BR/Ba Condo style units with fully equipped kitchens. We also have motel style rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed efficiencies. All of which have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Our meeting room will hold about 150 people and comes with a complete banquet kitchen for your own cooking or to facilitate your caterers efforts. The room also has full A/V capabilities with a 104" screen and surround sound.
