The meeting room is 810 square feet and the room cannot exceed 50 people. Also, the room is detached from the hotel and just a few steps away. It includes: a DVD player, VCR player, 50” TV with HDMI capabilities, marker board, full kitchen, serving bar, outdoor grills, and bathroom. There are round and rectangular tables for you to choose from with plenty of chairs to fit around them. The tables are set up bare. We do ask for a set up description of the chairs and tables before you arrive, so that it would be done for you ahead of time. We offer equipment rental that includes: white table cloths, a projection screen, and a multimedia projector. Coffee and tea service is available at a charge. You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.We would be more than happy to book the meeting room for you.
