It would not for the staff I would have absolutely nothing good to say about this place the chairs are old and dirty skirt at the bed was dirty and nasty the rug was filthy with stains everywhere not a place that I would ever stay again.

The atmosphere at this hotel is quite blah from the interaction of the employees at checkin to the breakfast cafe with the employees there. I really believe the moral is low and seem to be quite unimpressive to the cleaning crew as well.

Conveniently located just off of I-95 and minutes from Downtown Washington DC, and Andrews AFB. The Colony South Hotel and Conference Center is the perfect location for your group. Our spacious guests rooms, Indoor Pool and Beautifully Decorated Ballroom are sure to please groups of all types. Everything you need is here. We have Two Restaurants, a lounge featuring Live Entertainment, Deli, Coffee Shoppe, Fitness Center & Spa. There's something here for everyone.
