The accommodations for our group were fine and comfortable, however we all had a terrible time getting connected to the Internet the hotel provided. Certainly a series of storms (including a very severe one in the area the night of arrival) had some impact on the Internet service and we understood that (a full house of insurance adjusters, contractors, etc. besides the weather conditions themselves) however, members of my group were not able to connect to the Internet from their rooms (all of us were staying at the hotel for business) for the duration of our stay and the hotel staff was not willing or able to make any adjustments accordingly to either fix the problem or to compensate our inconvenience when I submitted a complaint.
