Got checked into one room, had to go back to get checked into my second room. Rooms weren't ready; one still needed swept and sprayed down and the other was very sticky once we walked on it barefoot. The inside pool was ice cold, too cold to swim. The hot tub was way too hot. I felt like they needed a warning sign so no ones goes into shot from changing temperatures. Their Fitness room was not available. Between the two rooms there were not enough towels to bath three kids and one adult. The time that it states that breakfast is served during the week is posted as 6AM online. However, they stated it wasn't open until 7. By 7AM we discovered that no hot breakfast was served. the only hot item was the make it yourself waffles that had a line of people waiting. when we left the hotel a homeless man in a wheelchair fell in front of our car and then after getting back up walked to the car and asked for money. Need a refund!

It was under construction which wasn't advertised online. The room I was supposed to get was not available due to construction. The hot tub was out of order. Felt unsafe. Someone pulled the fire alarm because someone stole their phone and they wanted everyone to have to go outside so they could find who stole it. Breakfast was below par. My TV didn't work and they never came to fix it when I requested it. Last, my key card wouldn't work three times in a couple hours and had to be reset.

Lamplighter North Convention Center is conveniently located at I-44 and North Glenstone Ave (Exit 80). Remodeled in 2007. All rooms include Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Complimentary High Speed Wireles Internet Service, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Boards, and . All room rates include Free Hot Breakfast every morning, indoor Salt water pool & Jacuzzi. Steak n' Shake 24 hour restaurant adjoins our property while several other restaurants are within walking distance. Our guests also like to visit our onsite lounge Mulligan's Pub. Open Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm Fridays & Saturdays 3pm-1am with live entertainment 9pm-1am.
