Our group spent one night. The rooms were spacious and clean. We are planning on making this a stop for our group every year.

"It Was A Very Pleasant Stay"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
Our group from Washington, DC stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia/Penn's Landing. Although the stay was an overnight stay, the hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were very neat and clean. We'd stay there again if going to the downtown Philadelphia area.

"Couldn't Ask For More."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Our church group of 50 spend two nights at the hotel on a visit to Philadelphia. Before our arrival, Kim in group sales carefully prepared for our visit, making sure check-in a breeze, and the rooms were very clean and well appointed with free Wi-Fi. Morning breakfast in the lobby was very good, with a variety of options to satisfy all needs. The hotel is conveniently located along the river and very close to the historical area and Center City itself. Two room maintenance issues were handled quickly by the hotel staff and by Kim's office as well in wonderful ways that I did not expect. There was some rumbling from the Ben Franklin Bridge (trains run on the lower level) and street noise, but I would most certainly return here personally or with a group again in the future!

"Great Stay For The Price."
Overall Score4.0/ 5
Traveling with a group of 43 students and 8 chaperons we had a great one night stay at this property. The coordinator was excellent at working with us in our last minute changes that needed to be made in our travel itinerary. We appreciated that when we checked in that they had all of our room keys ready and we were able to get our group into their rooms within twenty to twenty five minutes. Breakfast was better than most and we really appreciated that the property was centrally located. The biggest draw back was that it was difficult to get to the property from the highway and then the shuttle was not available to bring us back from the bus parking.
14-Jul-2014 Verified Review, stayed from Tue Jul 08 to Wed Jul 09 2014 at a $89.00 group rate (40% discount).
Overall Score5.0/ 5
The hotel was clean, modern and easy to get to. The included breakfast was excellent.
07-Jul-2014 Verified Review, stayed from Sun Jul 06 to Mon Jul 07 2014 at a $112.00 average nightly rate.
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Very clean, friendly staff, and a nice design! However, I didn't like the disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast, a crime against the environment!
13-Apr-2014 Verified Review, stayed from Fri Apr 11 to Sat Apr 12 2014 at a $129.00 group rate (28% discount).
Overall Score5.0/ 5
The only thing missing in the room was the refrigerator and the microwave. Other than that, everything was great. Room service helped us out to open the door and get in the room. When we asked her for a microwave, she was ready to put a request for us to get it in the room, but we politely declined. She was great. The breakfast very delicious and we really enjoyed it.
