Have been treated well here. Pillows are like rags rolled up in a pillow case. Need towel hooks in bathroom for towels. All that being said, have been treated very nicely, room clean enough, friendly helpful staff, breakfasts good,beds are comfy,coffee is great! Will definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel through the Moonrise website and once I got to the hotel they told me that the hotel was overbooked and we did not have a reservation. They gave us alternate arrangements but we “cancelled” those and find somewhere to stay on our own. That being said I have not gotten refunded for the hotel room yet and it has been almost a week. Can I please get my money refunded?!?!

Was relocated to a hotel 15 minutes away from this one, which is fine, since it was booked through a third party app for a festival I am not surprised they were overbooked. But it was unfortunate discovering that upon arrival instead of via a phone call which would have made my weekend planning much easier. The two at the front desk explained the situation very well and were very kind.
