Entering the Colonnade was a stress free process. The valet, receptionist and other staff were polite, respectful truly and accommodating. Our room was clean with more than ample space for our bags. Our only compliant is the beds. All three of us tossed and turned on lumpy, squeaky beds; we were exhausted after a two night stay.
