TV didn't work, maintenance never came. One hotel clerk was working while the other played on her phone. The clerk couldn't put her phone down to even answer the phone! I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. It has always been nice and comfortable, with the exception of the same Clerk on the phone on other visits.

The Golden Triangles finest Hotel and Conference Facility, the Holiday Inn Beaumont Plaza is conveniently located on the west side of Beaumont at I-10 and Walden Road, exit 848. Accessible from all local attractions & business, and less than a mile to Ford Park. Our newly renovated hotel features a beautiful 8 story Atrium with a cascading 3 story waterfall. The 253 stunning guest rooms were completely renovated in spring 2006. Forty-nine two room executive suites are available featuring a separate living and bedroom area and offer a refrigerator and microwave. There is a well lit work space with an ergonomic chair in the living area, as well a sleeper sofa and arm chair. The Convention Ctr has 22,000 sq feet of flexible meeting and pre-function space. All newly renovated! Food is one of the things we do best. Let our Award Winning Chef create a menu just for you, or sample from our dining options..try the Greenery for breakfast or the relaxing atmosphere of the Atrium Lounge for a light lunch or dinner.Area businesses: Exxon Mobil, Chevron/Phillips, DuPont, Entergy, Goodyear, BASF, Bayer, Mead-Westvaco and Port of Beaumont .Beaumont is the Museum Capitol of Texas!
