Upon arrival was greeted professionally and well mannered, check in was quick, all staff answered all my questions, check out was as smooth as check in! Beds are very comfortable, shower was a struggle to turn on, just because I'm used to turning a knob LOL shower pressure was awesome, fridge in the room, room was super clean and hotel was quiet! And the most intriguing thing was I went for a gap key game and didn't even have to step outside in the cold weather! It's all connected! And there's a Starbucks! The list can go on and on with positives! Not one negative was experienced and I even informed them my whole family just found our new favorite hotel!
