We had experienced car trouble and it was very late when we walked in. A really nice and caring lady helped us get our stay cancelled at a Quality Inn down the road and transferred up to Abingdon. The following morning we were having difficulties with the lobby computer being slow and again, another staff member came to our rescue and guided us to a computer that worked. It's the little things that truly make the difference. I know if I'm in the area again, I will stop here and hope to once again find caring staff. Thank you!
