I tried to get a refund Thursday night after finding out from my work that someone potentially had contracted the CoronaVirus. I spoke spoke with someone from passport and they said they would reach out to Bally's to cancel my reservation and see about a refund. I never received an email or call back so was never able to cancel or try to get a refund.

We stayed in the JJ tower with a nice view. The room seemed to have very old features. The shower drain was clogged. The housekeeper assigned to our room came back to our room three times after she already cleaned it even though we told her the room was clean and we did not want to be bothered. She did not even knock the door.

Great rooms. All staff encountered were very helpful and friendly. I found the parking to be a bit confusing when checking in and ended up in the overflow lot.
