The first problems we had with our room was a TV remote that wouldn't work and a cold room. We got another remote from the front desk and we were told that it would take a little while for the room to warm up. We left the room for about three hours and when we returned the room was still cold. After a couple more hours we called the front desk and informed them that our room was still cold and that not much heat appeared to be coming from the room heater. We got no response from the front desk. We considered going to another motel but decided to stick it out there because on previous stays at that motel, we had not had any major problems. We took the top covers off the bed that we didn't us and added them to the bed we did use and we slept in our clothes to stay warm. About 3:00 am the room finally got warm enough to sleep regularly. We were very disappointed by this most recent time at the hotel.
