An Icon on Fort Myers Beach The allure of vacationing on a beachfront location carries from decade to decade, and generation to generation. In the 1960s, The Neptune Inn, as it was then called, opened. Through the years, this beachfront site has expanded with additional buildings and amenities. And during this time of evolution and growth, families would come and enjoy all it had to offer, leaving with a “same time, next year” farewell. Some guests have been making The Neptune their annual vacation for 40 years! Today, The Neptune is fondly referred to as an icon on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are able to enjoy a newly–renovated tropical retreat with updated suites and amenities, one thing remains the same. The Neptune is a Fort Myers Beach destination. The Neptune Inn is located at 2310 Estero Boulevard, directly on Fort Myers Beach. Approximately 20 miles from the Southwest Florida Regional Airport. If you are traveling SOUTH to Fort Myers Beach:Take I-75 to Exit 131/old exit 21 (Daniels Parkway). Bear right onto Daniels Parkway and follow to Summerlin Road. Make a left hand turn on Summerlin Road and follow to San Carlos Boulevard. Make a left hand turn on San Carlos Boulevard and proceed directly to bridge crossing over onto Fort Myers Beach. Bear left as you exit the bridge and proceed on Estero Boulevard. The Neptune Inn will be located on your right, less than one mile from the bridge.
