"Smelly Rooms and Bugs."

At check in we did not get the room we reserved and we were downgraded without a reimbursement for the price difference. The room had ants on the bed when we first walked in. My youngest daughter caught lice from the bedding during our stay. They up charged me more at check out for additional hidden fees which should have been applied with my initial payment for the reservation. No one comes to clean the rooms (we stayed for five nights). No soap provided for the kitchen area, we had to buy our own. No hand towels. Shower door kept opening on its own, leaving a wet mess every time someone showered. Needless to say, we will not be staying here, ever again.

Property description

Park Lane Hotel & Suites, Hilton Head Island's only all suite hotel! Our hotel offers guest room suites with full kitchens and balconies; some have fireplaces. You may choose between a king bedroom suite, a double queen bedroom suite or a loft suite which in addition to a full kitchen; has a living room with a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, bathroom, and an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, second bathroom and second flat screen TV!!! Our rooms were completely renovated in 2009 and have full kitchens with granite counter tops!!We have a gorgeous space to accommodate your meeting or wedding needs! Hilton Head Island, South Carolina has so much to offer any visitor with our miles of bike trails, rollerblading, sailing, fishing, boating, wind-surfing, kayaking, or if you just wish to relax and lay out in the sun on one of our beautiful public beaches.* Contential Breakfast starts March 2011.
