Great hotel, clean spacious, comfortable bed.. The breakfast was delicious.. only problem we're two trucks in parking lot during morning hours had windows broken out and items stolen.. hotel needs security personnel and working security cameras, more parking lot lights and signs posted..

Didn't even get to stay here. Although I had reservations for four rooms only two showed up upon checkin. Because we didn't have four rooms we were forced to stay somewhere else. Embassy suites front desk supervisor said to never ever book through a third party.

"Best hotel stay in a long time!"

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, especially Christine. I wish all hotels had associates like her, she was friendly, fun and went out of her way to be helpful. She made my entire family feel welcome and made sure that everything was amazing for our stay. I especially loved that the hotel did not oversell and under perform on the accessibility as my husband is confined to a wheelchair and has absolutely no problem navigating the hotel and taking care of all of his hygiene needs. This was the best hotel stay in quite a long time.
