Property Description
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is an all suite hotel. We have 85 beautifully appointed suites that include a mini-kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. In room coffee maker with coffee, 42" Flat Panel TV with DVD player, complimentary high speed internet and our complimentary Healthy Smart Start Breakfast is included for each Guest! Our hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 182, just one exit away from Richland, Pasco and Kennewick. We have over 9,800 square feet of meeting space which includes the Lemberger Board Room, the Merlot and Syrah Classrooms and The Vineyard ballroom which can divide into 5 separate rooms!
We are also adjacent to the TRAC Center, which is an event center with 114,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space. This state of the art facility handles all of our catering and food/beverage requirements for us. Our two teams together will handle all of your event requirements to perfection!
